	Living / Family Room: The cathedral ceiling living room is beautifully furnished with a spacious and comfortable leather sectional. The room is enhanced with a bright, plush woolen rug. The room look out to a private enclosed patio /lanai, decorated with a whimsical fountain overlooking a Floridian nature preserve. There are unique paintings and custom lamps that enhanced the cozy room. The entertainment center is equipped with cable TV, DVD and a selection of DVDs perfect for a quiet relaxing evening in with the family.
Kitchen: The fully equipped and spacious kitchen is perfect for a gourmet cook or just to warm-up leftover takeout. A representative list of equipments includes: Fridge with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, porcelain double sink with sprayer, spacious pantry and cabinets, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, various pots and pans, glass, cup/mug, plates etc.
	Dinning Area: The dinning area is well-lit with a chandelier and equipped with a long table with seating for eight.
Master Bedroom: Master suite with pine queen sleigh bed with soft European duvet and many fluffy pillows. The white wicker lounging area is perfect for quiet private breakfast in the morning. The room mood is enhanced with two “Tiffany” bedside lamps as well as classical pictures and framed mirrors.
	The Twin Room: Furnished with twins beds perfect for your little darlings that need to be away from the master suite.
